You have up to 90 days before arrival date to cancel and receive a full refund. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds and once stay has begun there are no refunds for unused days. All refunds for monthly rentals are less a $100.00 service charge. There is a no smoking policy and no pets inside cabin and will be strickly enforced. Any violations will result in a $500.00 charge. We have the right to cancel a reservation at any time for any reason. If our pet or smoking policy are broken, we can cancel your remaining stay at the cabin. We strongly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles during all times of the year. You are responsible for all charges and expenses if you get in an accident or get stuck and have to be towed , and all expenses that may occur due to any damages. Please note that you are responsible for your own personal safety and your own personal property and that you are responsible for all charges and expenses for damages or injuries that may occur from driving, walking, etc. on The Yellowstone Hideaway LLC. property or at any time. Please use extreme caution at all times due to conditions may be slippery due to ice, rain, or snow. Please watch for snow falling off the roof.
