There is parking area located right off drive on Union Pass Rd that can be used to park your vehicle or trailer if choose not to go down driveway. Ideal for Yellowstone snowmobiling.

Rates

November-December and April      $2950/month (plus utilities and $250 cleaning fee)

January-March                            $3250/month (plus utilities and $250 cleaning fee)

May-October                               $4500/month (plus utilities and $250 cleaning fee)

November-December and April      $2400/two weeks (plus $175.00 cleaning fee, utilities incld)

January-March                             $2800/two weeks (plus $175.00 cleaning fee, utilities incld)

Policies:

We have a 90 day cancellation policy for monthly rentals. You have up to 90 days before arrival date to cancel and receive a full refund. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds and once stay has begun there are no refunds for unused days. All refunds for monthly rentals are less a $100.00 service charge.

There is a no smoking policy and no pets inside cabin and will be strickly enforced. Any violations will result in a $500.00 charge.

We have the right to cancel a reservation at any time for any reason. If our pet or smoking policy are broken, we can cancel your remaining stay at the cabin.

Monthly rentals require a refundable $350.00 damage deposit and a $300.00 utility deposit.
